FREE ADMISSION
GQCCC’s annual fundraising sale is coming soon! Shop in a boutique-like environment to find great deals on fabric and handmade and crafted items. Good quality quilting and crafting fabric will again be only $4/yard, a deal you can’t beat anywhere.
In addition to our regular sale, members will also be holding a Yard Sale to sell their own fabric and crafts. Our Country Store is a great place to add to your own personal stash, and to buy creative gifts and household goods. There’s always something for everyone, even if you are not a quilter!
DONATIONS
We depend on donations to make the Country Store a successful fundraiser for the guild. We need good quality quilt fabric, notions, and boutique items. Donations for this year’s sale need to be received by May 15, 2024 in order to allow time for processing. Donated items may be left in the “Country Store” bin at the Farmhouse, or by calling the Guild Donations Chair, Cynthia Allen, to make arrangements for receiving your donation.
VOLUNTEER
As always, we need help with set-up, take down, cashiering, and keeping the merchandise arranged nicely during the show. If you have time to volunteer, please contact Phyllis Nishimori.
MEMBER YARD SALE
The 2024 Country Store will not have consignors, as in years past. Instead, members may rent a Yard Sale table and sell their own goods at their own price, and do not need to split the proceeds with the guild.
There are a limited number of tables. The cost per table (with 2 chairs) is $15 for the entire weekend. You may reserve 1 or 2 tables per registration. Click on the link below to download conditions for selling at the Yard Sale.
