VENDOR INFORMATION AND APPLICATION


The GQCCC 2025 Annual Quilt Show will be held April 5 and 6, 2025 from 10:00 am to 4:00 pm at the Elks Lodge, 1475 Creekside Drive, Walnut Creek.

  • Cocotutti - delicious, colorful individual chocolates.
  • Fabrications -  one of a kind and limited edition fabric earrings, made primarily of quality quilting fabrics and vintage kimonos 
  • Featherweight Finery - Hand made anodized aluminum lightweight jewelry.
  • Fat Stitch - local longarm quilting service and online quilt shop. Quilting fabric and notions, fabric clubs, longarm quilting services with VIP discount packages for avid quilters.  Alana Hope will provide free quilt binding demos at her booth using Janome's binder set attachment
  • Global MarketplaceHand crafted items from around the globe. Their mission is to help low income craft producers in developing nations market their crafts in the United States.
  • Laura Lee Fritz - Original design fabrics, sewn book covers, handbags and quilted jackets
  • Quilled Paper Treasures by Kathy Canfield Shepard:  Quilled paper wall art, earrings, necklaces, figures, ornaments, and note cards.
  • Rosebuds Jewelry - Wire wrapped jewelry, earrings, bracelets, rings, necklaces, eye glass holders, bookmarks, and anklets. 
  • Paula Shepard - Quilt blocks, beginning table runners, tote bags, selvage edge beginnings, "please finish me" quilt tops, and hexagons.
  • Sew 2 Cute Embroidery Shop - bags, rhinestone transfers, sewing notions.
  • Stitches of Joy - A variety of sewn items including wallets, purses, backpacks, bags, kitchen items, aprons, Minky- backed baby and lap quilts
  • Ventana de Flores - Hispanic themed fabrics, embroidery patterns, bright colorful fabrics, sewing accessories, and patterns. We're also on Etsy and Facebook.
