2025 Quilt Show Online Entry Form

Please read the Quilt Show Entry Instructions before you begin.

The deadline for entering is 11:30 pm, Monday, March 3, 2025

Entering a quilt in the 2025 show is done by registering your quilt here.  You will be directed to the online entry form when you click "Register".  Please complete all sections of the form.  You will be requested to upload at least one picture of your quilt or project, so please have the file saved to a location on your computer before you begin the registration process.

You may enter up to 5 quilts/projects in the show.  You will need to register separately for each entry, but multiple registrations are allowed using the same member contact information and email.

Once your entry registration is complete,  changes can only be made by contacting the website administrator at wa.admin@gqccc.org.
